Your answer to complex decisions grounded in trust

Over the past year, we've had the same conversation with leaders at banks, health systems, government ministries and development institutions.

They licensed the models, ran the pilots and sat through the demos. Each of them asked some version of the same question: can I trust it to help me make complex decisions?

Any institution can license the same model its peers use, and a capable engineering team can build similar agents in a few weeks. But the gap is context, meaning what an AI system understands about your institution.

That covers what a "case," a "claim" or a "beneficiary" means inside your walls, which policies apply, who is authorised to act, and how a decision gets made in practice. That knowledge already belongs to you. In most institutions, it is spread across hundreds of systems and held in decades of documents and workflows.

Sphere is built for institutions that need AI systems to be transparent, auditable and secure and require complete data sovereignty. We connect your data, documents, workflows, rules and permissions into one governed knowledge base. We then map how your people, programs, accounts, policies and decisions relate to one another. Agents work on top of that knowledge base to draft, review, analyse and automate within your rules, in a sovereign environment you can trust.

Here is what that looks like in practice. A task team gets a cited first draft of a proposal from 20 years of project documents. An ambassador gets a brief before the General Assembly that automatically incorporates the relevant treaties and historical context. Confidential staff briefings are created with minutes to prepare. An evaluation office gets a review that points to the paragraph it relied on.

The program lead still decides what goes in the submission. The ambassador still decides what position to take in the room. Analysis is always cited to sources, and there's a trusted record of each person who made the decision.

We designed Sphere based on hundreds of years of experience working with multinational banks, healthcare organisations, government agencies and development institutions, where every answer has to hold up in front of a compliance officer, an auditor or a board. Governance and compliance sit in the foundation from the first day of a deployment. And every output traces back to a named person who owns it, because accountability is paramount.

If your institution is looking for that type of transformational change, we welcome the opportunity to build this together.
